Today I want tell you about one of my lovely Facebook Academy ladies. We’ve been working on getting her to show herself and share some of her real life on her page and she told me, ‘It’s my worst fear!!’ 😱 So after resisting it for a few weeks we came up with something she felt comfortable with and she went for it! She posted a simple selfie of herself saying ‘Morning’ and that it’s going to be a busy day for her. Well, she got 91 reactions and 41 comments in just the first few hours! How amazing is that?!! 😁 I was over the moon for her and nothing makes me happier than seeing my Academy ladies make progress and get amazing results like this! 😍

Being consistent on your page is so ridiculously important and will actually make or break whether you get results from Facebook! But I know that it’s something that a lot of people struggle with! Being a business owner means we have a million and one plates to spin so it’s not surprising that being consistent on Facebook can fall down to the bottom of the to-do list. I get so many ladies say to me that they just don’t know what to post to their page! Sound familiar? Believe me, I’ve been there and I know how frustrating and stressful it can be to know that you need to get something out there, but when it comes to it you can’t think of anything and you just sit staring blankly at your screen! 🤪 You end up feeling under pressure to post, so you end up just getting any old thing out there just so you can tick the ‘I’ve posted to my page today’ box. I call this panic posting!

The problem with this is quite often when we panic post our content isn’t as good as it could be which means that our ideal customers are unlikely to interact and engage. We really need to put a stop to this panic posting if we want to see results!

So back in 2016 I took some time out from my business to have my gorgeous little boy, who is also my first baby. I planned on taking just 3 months off, but as I’m sure all you lovely Mum’s out there will know, welcoming your first little one completely turns your world upside down! 🤪 Add to this a baby that didn’t sleep for the first year and it was tough!
